EXPERIENCE:
Mr. McNease has been working for Shows, Dearman, & Waits since March of 2004.
He has been assigned to the design of local bridges, management of various
local utility projects and private developments. Before this Mr. McNease was
the Assistant State-Aid County Engineer for Jackson County, MS where he gained
experience in the design and construction of local roads and bridges and worked
closely with the Jackson County Board of Supervisors. Other experience includes
civil site planning and drainage, subdivision layout and design, as well as,
general construction management. Mr. McNease is also proficient with a variety
of permitting processes both state and federal, and has developed relationships
with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mississippi Dept. of Environmental
Quality, Mississippi Department of Marine Resources, Mississippi Dept. of
Transportation, and a variety of other agencies.
Mr. McNease is proficient with computer aided design and uses this technology
daily as a tool to complete project tasks. He has practical drafting experience
that gives him the ability to produce project plans and direct draftsmen in
their completion of projects.
